The 2012 cent coin was issued by the island country of Niue in 2012, in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the RMS Titanic. It has a value equal to $20.12.

The coin is composed of silver and weighs 31.1 grams. It is oval-shaped, and has a diameter of either 30.5 by 5.5 millimeters or 31.5 by 5.5 millimeters, depending on the variety. A left-facing image of the Titanic is featured on the obverse, with an enclosed portrait of Queen Elizabeth II floating above its bow, and an iceberg to the ship's port side in the water. At the top of the coin around the edge is an inscription reading "NIUE ISLAND • ELIZABETH II.", near the bottom is the value, at the left is a crowned "CM", and at the right is the year of minting. A boarding pass to the Titanic is displayed on the reverse, flanked by a compass to the left and a ship's bell to the right. Above these three objects is a legend reading "100 YEARS SINCE THE TITANIC DISASTER", below is the same legend in Czech ("100 LET OD ZKÁZY TITANIKU"), and to the left are the years "1912" and "2012", the 1912 signifying the date the Titanic sank and the 2012 representing the year of the coin's minting. A total of 400 examples were struck at the New Zealand Mint, with 200 examples of each variety being minted.
