The 2 franken coin was minted by Liechtenstein in 1924. It had a face value of 2.00 franken.
The coin was composed of .835 fine silver. It had a mass of 10 grams and a diameter of 27.4 millimeters. Displayed on the obverse was an effigy of Prince Johann II with the legend, "JOHANN II FÜRST VON LIECHTENSTEIN". On the reverse was the coat of arms of Liechtenstein with branches, the value, and year of minting. A total of 50,000 2 franken coins were produced.
