The 10 att coin is a circulation piece of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Laos). It was issued in a single type in 1980 by the Bank of the Lao P.D.R. and struck under contract at the Leningrad Mint in the Soviet Union (now in Saint Petersburg, Russia).

The coin is currently legal tender in its country of origin, carrying a nominal value of 0.10 kip. In spite of this, it no longer circulates frequently due to its low purchasing power.

The coin is composed of aluminum and measures 1.2 grams in mass, 21 millimeters in diameter, and 1.7 millimeters in thickness. It has medallic alignment and a reeded edge, and like most coins, is round in shape. Both of its rims are raised and decorated with a dashed border.

Displayed in the middle of the obverse is the emblem of Laos used from 1975 to 1991 – which consists of a hydroelectric dam, asphalt road, forest, paddy field, gear, and three power lines inside a circle of rice. A ribbon binds the rice and a red star and hammer and sickle, both common symbols of communism, appear at the top of the illustration. Although the official emblem of the period also includes Lao text on the ribbon, this feature is excluded on the emblem on the piece. Printed clockwise from the coin's lower left to lower right peripheries is the Lao legend "ສາທາລະນະລັດ ປະຊາທິປະໄຕ ປະຊາຊົນລາວ" (Romanized: Sathalanalat Paxathipatai Paxaxon Lao), which translates to English as "Lao People's Democratic Republic".

A large numeral "10" representing the coin's face value is engraved at the top center of the reverse. It is featured above the written value "ສິບອັດ" (Romanized: sip 'at), which translates as "ten att". Both indications of the value are surrounded by ears of rice and appear above an illustration of a Lao woman harvesting grain. The Gregorian date of minting, "1980", is additionally displayed in small print at the bottom of the piece.

The mintage of the 10 att coin is currently unknown. Only business strikes of this particular type are known to exist.
