The 1 milliard b.-pengő banknote was printed by the Republic of Hungary on June 3, 1946, but was never issued. It is the highest denominated banknote ever printed worldwide, with a planned value of one sextillion (1021) pengő.

The note was predominantly green in color, and measured 174 millimeters in width by 84 millimeters in height. Depicted on the obverse was a Hungarian female and the value, written as "EGYMILLIÁRD B.-PENGŐ". The reverse also depicted the same value, and in each corner floral pattern was shown.
