The 75 pfennig coin was issued by the German city of Grünberg in Schlesien (now Zielona Góra, Poland) in 1922.

The coin is composed of white porcelain and measures 20 millimeters in diameter. The coat of arms of the city, which at the time consisted of a knight's helmet above a castle, is depicted on the obverse, with the title "GRÜNBERG SCHL." inscribed above and to the arms' sides, and the coin's value, written as "75 PF", displayed below. Two pears (Pyrus) enclosed within a square frame are featured on the reverse. Above the two fruits is the date "1222", the year in which the city was established, and below them is the year "1922", the date of issue. Near the coin's rim underneath the frame is the logo of the Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen GmbH, which consists of two crossed swords. This company was responsible for the production of most of the porcelain notgeld coins issued from 1914 to 1923.
