The 25 centavo coin was minted by Cuba from 1994 to 2007. Though minting of this coin has ceased, it still remains issued, having a value of 0.25 convertible pesos.
The coin is composed of steel and has nickel plating. It has a mass of 5.7 grams, a diameter of 23 millimeters, and a thickness of 1.8 millimeters. Displayed on the obverse is the coat of arms of Cuba with the value and year of minting below and the state title (REPUBLICA DE CUBA) above. Shown on the reverse is a church in Trinidad.
