The Bologna Mint was a mint located in the city of Bologna, Italy. It was opened on February 11, 1191 by Henry VI. The mint had developed coins for the Hohenstaufen dynasty, House of Welf, House of Luxembourg, House of Wittelsbach, House of Habsburg, Kingdom of Italy, and Kingdom of Lombardy-Venetia, until it was closed in 1861.
